I spent over 10 years promoting healthy eating as a Community Dietitian, and I believe that growing food with children, and then harvesting, tasting and cooking it together, is one of the most powerful ways to promote healthy eating with children. 

I have been growing my own fruit and vegetables on my allotment for almost 20 years, using an organic and permaculture approach.  In 2002 I completed a certificate in permaculture design and in 2014 I completed a Level 2 certificate in the principles of Horticulture. 


I currently work with children in school gardens and allotments and run after school clubs
