The Easter Hare has been visiting schools in Nottinghamshire! Following on from an inspirational three weeks of storytelling at the International School of Storytelling I have been busy telling stories at every opportunity! My newly created Easter Hare finger puppet has been helping me to tell the story of the True Easter Hare, which is a lovely way to introduce the excitement of an Easter egg hunt. The making of needle felted puppets to add colour and life to storytelling was inspired by a weekend of training with
the wonderful Bronia from the One Moment in Time Puppet Theatre (www.OneMomnetInTimeTheatre.com). Needle felting is proving to be addictive and the puppets are arriving thick and fast! They are sat in my living room just asking to be brought to life and go on magical adventures with children. Watch this space as the journey unfolds!
