Into the Wild Wood celebrates Spring

It has felt like a long Winter, and how joyful it is to now see Spring all around in the woodlands and hedges. I will be attending a number of public events over the next few moths that you may be interested in.

On Monday May 7th I will be at Windmill Community Allotment in Bobbersmill Nottingham from 12.00 - 15.00pm. At this free event I will be telling stories of the little folk, and we will be making gnomes, fairies or elves and creating homes for them in the orchard. Suitable for children age 3-8.

On Saturday 12th May I will be at No28 Belper Market Place from 14.30pm - 16.00pm. This is a free event as part of Belper Art Festival. I will be telling stories of Woollen Woods suitable for children age 3-8. You can also visit Belper woods which will be magically transformed with knitted animals.

On Saturday 9th June and Sunday 10th June I will be at the Major Oak Festival at Sherwood Forest Country Park from 11.00am - 16.00pm. I will be selling my woollen and wood creations as well as running a drop in style needle felt workshop - where you can make your own woodland animal. Suitable for children age 8 plus to adults. Entry to the festival is free - £3 parking fee. My workshop will be £5 per person.
